此次報名課程的獸醫師，每人可以免費入場一次，並且可以申請兩位免費家屬入場，入場形式暫定以邀請函形式入場，發放方式確認後會再公告。

需要家屬邀請函的醫師，請在報名時於第三個選單選擇所需要的數量，限額五百張，申請完為止。

關於武漢肺炎疫情應對措施：

1. 請與會的獸醫師自備並全程配戴口罩，全民防疫，你我有責

2. 研討會開始前會對與會者進行體溫篩檢，體溫超標者將無法入場，祈請見諒

3. 學會將密集關注肺炎疫情，若因不可抗防疫因素導致研討會取消或延期，將以臉書社團公告為主

• 搭乘捷運「文湖線」於「南港展覽館站」下車，並於1號出口離站沿左側至南港1館 ; 沿右側「南港2館地下連通道」至南港2館。
• 搭乘捷運「板南線」於「南港展覽館站」下車，並於1號出口離站沿左側至南港1館 ; 沿右側「南港2館地下連通道」至南港2館
• 台北南港展覽館1館 地下停車場停車辦法：

1.車輛入場車牌辨識，離開時至自動繳費機繳費後出場。

2.機車計次30元。

3.本停車場各項收費標準如下(含展覽及活動期間)

• 平日：

停放15分鐘至1小時內者停車費新臺幣30元。超過1小時以上，每增加半小時加收15 元，不滿半小時以半小時計，每日收費上限180元，停放之車輛如逾晚間10時仍未駛離，須另繳付過夜停車費300元。15分鐘內離場者免收費。

• 展覽期間：

每小時60元，第1小時未滿1小時者以1小時計，爾後每增加半小時加收30元，不滿半小時以半小時計，超過半小時而未滿1小時以1小時計，每日收費最高上限依各別展覽調整，停放之車輛，如逾晚間10時仍未駛離，須另繳付過夜停車費300元。

• 展覽進場最後一天：
