朱利亞諾（Giuliano）醫師於1991年獲得紐約伊薩卡市康乃爾大學的理學學士學位，並於1996年從威斯康辛大學麥迪遜分校獲得了獸醫學位。從獸醫學校畢業後，1997年她在紐約市醫療中心完成了小動物實習醫師的工作，隔年在曼哈頓中城的私人診所執業。 1998年，她回到威斯康辛大學麥迪遜分校完成比較眼病理學的專科訓練。自1999年7月1日起，朱利亞諾（Giuliano）醫師成為密蘇里大學獸醫學院的一名成員，在那裡她完成了獸醫眼科住院醫師訓練並獲得了理學碩士學位。她目前是密蘇里大學獸醫學系和外科的終身教授，也是其比較眼科服務部門的負責人。她撰寫了超過80篇以上的文獻和教科書章節。朱利亞諾（Giuliano）醫師是一位充滿活力的演講者，在學術背景以及國內和國際會議上進行了廣泛的演講。她曾獲得無數教學獎，包括兩次獲得金Aesculapius教學獎，金粉筆獎，達德獎，並且在2018年獲得了西方獸醫大會的“年度教育家”稱號。2011年，她當選為美國獸醫眼科醫學會（ACVO）常務理事，並於2015-2016年擔任美國獸醫眼科醫學會理事長。

Marie Kerl, DVM, MPH, DACVIM (SAIM), ACVECC
Dr. Kerl於1987年畢業於奧本大學獸醫學系，在紐約的動物醫學中心（The Bobst Hospital）完成了專科住院醫師訓練。自1989-1999年間在The Bobst Hospital任職，專精於腎臟疾病、內分泌疾病及重症醫學。她是ACVIM及ACVECC所認可的專科醫師。並於2010年取得了密蘇里大學的公共衛生碩士學位。
Dr. Kerl自2000年後任職於密蘇里大學，教授的科目包含小動物急診及重症醫學以及內科學。教學上表現優異，連續幾年獲得教學傑出獎。在學術研究上也不遺餘力，在許多獸醫學會中擔任要職，也是多本期刊的檢閱者。
